STOP HAIR LOSS & GROW IT BACK.

How to stop hair loss - this is a question that over half of men ask themselves at some point in their life. Even at the age of 30, one third of men will have started to lose their hair. Is it inevitable or is there something that you can do about it? In this article, I reveal the truth.

To Understand Is To Cure

If you slap anything onto your scalp then how do you know if it will work? To stop your hair loss you must have a basic idea of why we lose our hair. Let's take a brief look at the male human body.

The Body

Your body contains testosterone. It is created in the testes but used throughout your whole body. The thing is, your body does not find testosterone useful so it converts it into other chemicals, one of which is DHT.

DHT is used for many functions in the body but it has an unfortunate side effect - when the DHT reaches your hair follicles it causes them to become malnutritioned over time.

First your hairs start to get thinner and thinner. Eventually, the hair follicle is so starved of nutrition that it stops producing hair altogether.

So the key to stopping hair loss is to tackle DHT and hair follicle nutrition.

Drugs

There are a couple of drug treatments approved by the FDA to stop hair loss. Both involve a combination of drugs and/or hair ointment.

Both inhibit production of DHT. Unfortunately, because DHT production is normal then if you stop it there are other side effects. These can include male breast development and even erectile dysfunction.

Natural Remedies

The best part about natural remedies is that they only stop DHT affecting the hair follicle and they don't otherwise get rid of it. They also increase the ability of the follicles to access the nutrition they need.

This means that your hair loss stops and dormant hair follicles can even start to regenerate new hair.

Such natural remedies are usually a mix of herbal oils for the hair and vitamin supplements.
